PRIVACY

We do not store any credit card information.  All transactions are processed by a third party, using the latest encryption and security technologies.

SHIPPING

We make every effort to ship your wine at the most favorable rates and ideal conditions. Changes to your order cannot be made once the tracking number has been issued.

Due to the restrictions of many state laws, we only ship wine to those states where we are permitted to ship direct.  At the present time, we are unable to ship to: AL (ABC Store only), AR, DE, KY, LA, MD, MS, NH, NJ, OH, OK, RI, VA, SD, UT, WV.

If you reside in a state we are not permitted to ship to, you may provide an alternative shipping address in a legal state.  If this is not possible, please contact one of the following service providers to make alternative arrangements:*

55 Degrees 707.963.5513 (with established account) | Vinfolio 415.946.1319 (with established account)
Stagecoach Express 707.257.1888 | Eagle Rock Fulfillment 707.252.3364
Cartons & Crates Shipping 707.224.7447

*If you choose this option, your wine purchase will be processed as a “Transfer" and subject to California Sales Tax and a handling charge. Shipping charges will be billed separately by the third party.

We do not ship internationally.

To arrange local pick up of a paid order, please call 2-3 days in advance to schedule an appointment.

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Please note, as required by law, there must be someone over the age of 21 to sign for your package upon delivery. We recommend you ship to an office or place of business where packages can be easily signed for on the first delivery attempt. PO Boxes are not allowed.

All packages are shipped using FedEx and select carriers (where available) and our shipping prices include packaging materials. You will be notified by email once your wines are shipped. Generally, we will attempt to ship your wines shortly after your order is processed. However, in effort to protect your wine, please be aware that your order may be held for ideal weather and shipping conditions.

Our standard shipping method is via FedEx Ground, where permitted.  Wine orders ship as temperatures allow.  Shipping wine during summer months is not advised due to heat.  If you wish to receive a shipment between May and November, we advise expediting the wine via 2-Day or Priority Overnight delivery with Ice Packs, or upgrading to Cold Chain priority, if available.  If buyer selects one of these options, the shipment may only be delivered to a business address, and the added cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Our goal is for your wine to reach you in the same condition it left the winery.

STATE COMPLIANCE LAWS

Due to ever changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time.  All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no legal representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines to any state outside California.  Buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products.  By placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine.  We will arrange for shipment on behalf of the buyer, to an address specified by the buyer, provided that in our sole discretion we believe that such shipment will not subject us to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm.

RETURNS

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within seven days of the date of your order for customer care assistance.

All wines sold are maintained at optimum conditions. We consider wine to be out of our control once it has been handed over to the carrier and we cannot be responsible for improper storage after it has been delivered. Therefore, once your wine order has been picked up by the common carrier for delivery, the wine becomes your responsibility. We are not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment, or as a result of failed delivery attempts. We also cannot accept returns for the following: wines that do not coincide with personal tastes, wines that have been adversely affected by customer storage, and wines that have been otherwise damaged as a result of any other adverse condition occurring while the wines are in your care.

If wine is shipped back or returned undeliverable, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling once it is received. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a replacement order if the wines are available, or full refund including shipping and handling charges.
